Our Monster Tournament is this Saturday, April 20th.

It is a scheduled 8:00a.m. shotgun start, consisting of members of our Mens and Ladies Clubs. All participants of the tournament will play a "2 Best Ball" format. Bring forth your best golf game because Chip Owens, our Golf Course Superintendent is sure to try your luck by placing tee markers all the way back, setting pins in very difficult locations, and triple-rolling the greens!! Be ready to have lots of fun with your friends and neighbors during one of our last tournament opportunities! Come and Join Us for our Annual Invitational Pro-Am Golf Tournament at Woodhaven C.C. Sponsored by Electric Car Distributors!

Tournament season is in full swing here at Woodhaven Country Club in Palm Desert, California. We are proud to be hosting a professional-amateur invitational tournament on May 3rd and 4th, at our beautiful course with the sponsorship support of Electric Car Distributors in Rancho Mirage. The entry fee is $200 per amateur and includes the golf, golf cart, buffet lunch on both days and prizes to be awarded on Saturday during lunch.

Practice rounds are scheduled for Thursday, May 2nd, with participants expected to call the pro-shop for tee-times. 1st round of play will be on Friday, May 3rd; the format will be 1 best ball for the 3 amateurs AND the professional's individual score. 2nd round of play will be on Saturday, May 4th with the same format. The winter weather has arrived and has brought with it the beautiful views our Coachella Valley is known for. No better place to catch the astonishing imagery than while playing at our gorgeous course. Our greens have been rolling at approximately 9.5-11.5 on the Stimpmeter this last month, therefore, if you are looking for true and smooth greens, come out and join us for a great time!

It is now 2013 and our green fees for the months of January, February and March are $65 (6am-12pm), $55 (12pm-2pm) and $45 (After 2pm). Thank you and see you here at the course. Sending out this blog to inform everyone that our "Frost Delay" season has returned. We had 3 frost delays already this week and with this year of crazy weather, we expect some more. Woodhaven Country Club's 3rd Annual Holiday Toy Drive

Woodhaven Country Club and the YMCA of the Desert are partnering for the 3rd Annual Holiday Toy Drive benefiting less fortunate families in our valley. Please join us this holiday season by donating a toy and putting a smile on a child's face. Instructions: *Ask the Golf Shop staff for the age of the child to buy for. *Place the Un-Wrapped toy under the tree in the Golf Shop.

Woodhaven Country Club is Open for Golf this X-Mas Day!

Come on Out this December 25th and Play our Beautiful Course!

We are open for business this X-Mas Day and are currently taking reservations for our X-Mas Day Shotgun at 7:30 a.m. This will be our only tee-time of the day. We are expecting everyone off the course by noon the latest, so let the kids and grand kids know that you'll be back in the afternoon for the unwrapping of presents. Haha!
